Scratch removal is being done by using a special type of equipment. The first equipment is called a finer which is being use to fine the glass where the scratch is for about an inch wide. The second equipment is called a polisher which is being use to polish the glass
Note:
The work has to be done inside because water is needed in the process. Also because we want to prevent all kinds of distorsion which could be developed because of the sun warming up the glass.
